How credits work
1 credit lets you request a seller-approved introduction. The credit is held while the seller decides, and stored contact details are not automatically revealed.
If the seller accepts, the held credit is consumed and a protected Property Bud message thread opens. If the seller declines, removes the signal before accepting, or you rescind after the 14-day pending period, the held credit becomes available again under the policy shown in the Terms and Privacy pages.
Policy wording should be reviewed by a qualified professional before production reliance.
